SimonWelcome to the Melbourn Village College web-site.

We are an 11-16 school with a strong community feel. Our small size enables all students to flourish within a supportive environment, where each feel valued and empowered.

Strong academic performance is enhanced by the cross-curricular skills taught through our Performing Arts Specialism.

Students are encouraged to continue their learning outside the classroom and a very high proportion get involved in the wide range of extra-curricular activities available to them.

I hope that the website is able to give you an introduction to the college and the opportunities we offer to our students. If you require more information, or would like to visit us with your child during the College day, please contact us at the college.

Contact details are available here.

I look forward to working with you in the future.

The KS3 evening consists of a range fo work all created by Years 7, 8 & 9 either studied and formed within lesson time or during our successful Drama Clubs.

KS4 evening consists of both devised and scripted performances of GCSE texts by Year 10 Drama students.  Students have been working and rehearsing since September.  As they are GCSE texts they include adult themes and strong language so we would recommend awareness if bringing students or children under the age of 14.
